刺身八爪魚腳 處理方法

① 建議先於家用雪櫃解凍1天；如需快速解凍則用流水沖5分鐘。

② 解凍後的八爪魚腳需用鹽去除粘液和污垢。

③ 用流水清洗然後用廚房紙把水分吸乾。

④ 如打算生食八爪魚腳，可跳過步驟⑤和步驟⑥，直接到步驟⑦。

⑤ 準備一鍋滾水，放入八爪魚腳汆燙約5至10秒後起鍋。

⑥ 用冰水將八爪魚腳冷卻。

⑦ 將八爪魚腳放在砧板上，吸盤朝上，由側面向下切開去皮。

⑧ 可按個人喜好厚切或薄切然後享用。
