How to prepare the Octopus Tentacle

① Thaw the Octopus Tentacle fridge overnight. In case of hurry, thaw it into running water for 5 minutes.

② Rub it with salt in order to remove any gooey film or dirt.

② When the salt-rubbing process is finished, rinse it with running water and dry it by kitchen paper.

④ Skip to step ⑦ if you prefer to have Raw Octopus Tentacle.

⑤ Submerge the Octopus Tentacle into the boiling water for about 5 to 10 seconds.

⑥ Remove heat with running water and put the Octopus Tentacle into ice water to cool it down.

⑦ When cooled, cut the arm in half. Remove the protruding webbing or skins located along both sides of the arm and trim off the cut diagonally.

⑧ Slice it and enjoy the chewy texture.
