Cut-off time for all orders are 14:59, 1 day before the requested delivery date. For example, should you wish to receive your order on Tuesday 10:00-14:00, please place the order on Monday before 14:59.

❖Payment Method❖
We accept all credit cards including Paypal. Cash on delivery is available, please settle the payment to our driver on delivery date. Other payment methods such as Octopus, PayMe or FPS settlement are also welcome, payment link will be send out on the delivery day via WhatsApp. If you would like to settle your payment with FPS, please kindly write down your order number (e.g. #22000) on the payment message for reference.

Orders are available for pick-up starting 1 day after the order date, Monday to Saturday, 11:30–16:30 (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Please pick your order up within 7 days after order is confirmed.
Location for pick-up: 604A, 6/F, Tower 1, Harbour Centre, No. 1 Hok Cheung Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon.

Arrangements when you are unavailable to receive the products:
1. As the products are fresh ingredients and temperature control is required for most of our products, our company does not provide free re-delivery service.
2. In case customer is unableto pick up the products in the selected time slot at the provided address, we will contact our customer to make sure whether we can leave products at door or management office of the apartment. Customers are responsible for all risks and consequences.
3. If we are unable to contact the customer at the scheduled time, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange re-delivery and a surcharge of HKD100 for re-delivery is required.
*If the products are damaged or lost during this period, the customer is responsible for all risks and consequences. WARAYA reserves the right to make the final decision.
**Re-delivery charge of HKD100 must be paid in cash on the delivery of products.
If customer refuses to pay re-delivery fee and unable to pick up products, the order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in this case.
❖Delivery Notes❖
1. Deliveries can only be made to locations on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and urban areas in New Territories. (Deliveries cannot be made to restricted areas, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Tak Ku Ling, Grass Island, Mui Wo, Po Toi Island, Tai O, Tung Ping Chau, etc.)
2. Delivery service arrangements for special buildings/locations
- Village Houses: Customers may be required to collect their parcels at the village entrance. Delivery service is not available for locations that cannot be directly accessed by our vehicles.
- Buildings without elevator access: If the delivery address is not directly accessible by elevator, delivery will be made at the building entrance only. Delivery staff reserve the right not to provide stair delivery service.
- Pedestrian Areas: If the delivery address is located within a pedestrian-only zone, delivery times may be affected due to road closures or restricted access.
3. Rainstorm Warning and Typhoon Delivery Arrangements
- Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or weather conditions causing suspension of shipping, severe flooding, road obstruction or closure: Delivery service will be suspended and delivery date and time will be rescheduled.
4. All shipping address provided by customers. We will not be responsible for any delay or loss due to incorrect address information.
5. Delivery for all orders depends on the availability of the products. If we are unable to provide the goods or services that you ordered, we will notify you by phone or email.
In case of any disputes, WARAYA Co., Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
