Delivery and Payment

Delivery Date

Delivery is possible as soon as the next day after placing the order (except for some products or locations). Customers can also choose other days for delivery based on personal needs or plans. The maximum freedom to specify a date is within 7 days.

*No deliveries on Tuesdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note that the delivery time may be affected by factors such as actual traffic conditions, bad weather, etc., resulting in failure to deliver on time. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.


Delivery Time

Please select delivery time slot you would like to receive your purchased products :

10:00 - 14:00

14:00 - 17:00

17:00 - 20:00

Order Deadline

Cut-off time for all orders are 15:59, 1 day before the requested delivery date. For example, should you wish to receive your order on Wednesday 10:00-14:00, please place the order on Tuesday before 15:59. * Delivery cut-off time may subject to order quantity.

Payment Method

We accept all credit cards including Paypal. Cash on delivery is available, please settle the payment to our driver on delivery date. Other payment mothods such as Octopus, PayMe or FPS settlement are also welcome, payment link will be send out on the delivery day via whatsapp. If you would like to settle your payment with FPS, please kindly write down your order number (e.g. #22000) on the payment message for reference.

Delivery Fee

Delivery fee has been amended as follows (as of 10/2/2020):


Redelivery

Arrangements when you are unavailable to receive the products:

1. As the products are fresh ingredients and temperature control is required for most of our products, our company does not provide free re-delivery service.

2. In case customer is unableto pick up the products in the selected time slot at the provided address, we will contact our customer to make sure whether we can leave products at door or management office of the apartment. Customers are responsible for all risks and consequences.

3. If we are unable to contact the customer at the scheduled time, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange re-delivery and a surcharge of HKD100 for re-delivery is required.

*If the products are damaged or lost during this period, the customer is responsible for all risks and consequences. WARAYA reserves the right to make the final decision.

**Re-delivery charge of HKD100 must be paid in cash on the delivery of products.

If customer refuses to pay re-delivery fee and unable to pick up products, the order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in this case.


Delivery Area


Delivery date/time request is not available for the following districts.

1. 愉景灣 Discovery Bay (Under normal operations, deliveries to Discovery Bay is every Wednesday and Saturday "Other days and Public Holidays are not available for delivery.)

2. 馬灣 Ma Wan (Under normal operations, deliveries to Discovery Bay is every Saturdays "Other days and Public Holidays are not available for delivery.)


Delivery service is not available for the following districts.


For areas not listed above, delivery time request is available.
