Delivery and Payment
We arrange delivery every day. However, the delivery date may change in the event of bad weather.
Delivery fee has been amended as follows (as of 10/2/2020):
In case customer cannot receive products:
1. Because temperature control is required for most of products, we do not offer free re-delivery service.
2. In case customer cannot receive products in a selected time slot at the provided address, we will call customer and make sure whether we leave products at door or management office of apartment.
3. If we cannot reach customers when we make a phone call, we will keep the ordered products and arrange re-delivery within 48 hours. We need to charge HKD100 for re-delivery.
*We reserve all rights of final decision for any deficit occurred while we keep ordered products.
**Re-delivery charge of HKD100 needs to be paid in cash on delivery of products.
If customer refuses to pay re-delivery fee and cannot receive products, the order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in this case.
Delivery date/time request is not available for the following districts. (Please contact us for more information on delivery, we will try to match with your expectation)
For areas not listed above, delivery time request is available.
